Can you deliver a car from an auction?
Yes, vehicle collection can be arranged from auction houses, as well as car dealerships or any private premise. You'll just need to ensure the auction house agrees to the collection time & date.

Is my car insured during transit?
AnyVan provides £50k compensation cover. However, you should ensure the vehicle you are getting delivered is fully insured from the day it is collected.

Can I get my car inspected and delivered?
Yes, however they will need to be arranged separately. You can book a vehicle inspection via AA Vehicle Inspections.

Is the car delivery service available nationwide?
Vehicle collection and delivery is available from anywhere within the mainland of the UK. It is also available within Northern Ireland. However, we'll be unable collect a vehicle in Northern Ireland for delivery within the UK mainland (or vice versa).

How long does it take for a car to be delivered?
Most vehicles will be collected and delivered on the same day. The exact time in transit will depend on the distance travelled. You'll need to give at least 48 hours notice when booking your delivery.

What paperwork will I need to provide to arrange my vehicle delivery?
No paperwork is required - the booking process is completed entirely online.

How do I choose my car delivery date?
You can select your delivery date within the booking process.

Can I change my vehicle delivery date?
Yes, you can change the delivery date as long as you give 24 hours notice. Please note, pricing can vary by day; therefore, changing the delivery date may mean the price changes.

Yes. However, we'll be unable collect a vehicle in Northern Ireland for delivery within the UK mainland (or vice versa).
